Our Review
Our Review of Little Picassos Marbella
Little Picassos is one of those lovely finds that just works perfectly for families. It's a pop-up art club that runs guided arts and crafts sessions for kids on weekends, usually at beachfront restaurants and hotel terraces along the promenade. The locations rotate — sometimes it's right on the beach, sometimes at a collaborating restaurant — so you need to follow their Instagram to see where they'll be that week.
The sessions are relaxed and creative. The kids get canvases, paints, clay and mixed-media materials, and a trained art educator guides them through a project. It's not about producing a masterpiece — it's about self-expression and having fun getting messy. Our kids loved it and always came away proud of what they'd made. It works for a surprisingly wide age range too, from toddlers to around 10 years old.
The real bonus for parents is the setup. Because the sessions happen at restaurants and beach bars, you can sit right there with a coffee or a snack while the kids are busy creating. It's not a drop-off — you're nearby enjoying yourself, and the kids are fully entertained. It's a genuinely nice way to spend a Saturday morning.
💡 Tip
Sessions usually run on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Locations change weekly — follow @little_picassos_marbella on Instagram for the latest schedule. Book via WhatsApp on +34 654 070 711. They also run a grown-ups version called Vino Picassos if you fancy a sip-and-paint night.
The only downside is that because it's a pop-up, sessions can be weather-dependent and schedules shift around. But when it's on, it's a brilliant little activity.
